A safe space for adults to lift weights

Our Simply Lift sessions are specially designed to support adults to learn how to safely lift weights, in a safe, friendly and supportive environment.
We have taken everything we have learned from supporting young people to lift weights, and transferred it into a session for grown ups. You can expect our trademark supportive, mental health informed and experienced coaches working with you in a small group, at your pace.
This session is all about building your confidence to get stronger and look after your body. No gimmicks, no scales, no diet plans. Just a space you can feel comfortable to learn something new and do something good for your body.
The gym space is friendly and intimate and the sessions are inclusive and supportive. We have created a space where all people, no matter what their fitness levels or body shape, can feel safe to learn new skills and build confidence.
The sessions focus on coaching you to lift weights, in a way which is appropriate to your age, individual strength and fitness levels.
We know it is difficult to start something new, especially hard the older you get. We make building strength accessible for everyone, so you don't need to worry about not fitting in.
