Do you love Taylor Swift as much as we do?
Taylor Swift is all about kindness, community and acceptance, just like Happy Cactus. We know because we are Swifties who have experienced the joy of being surrounded by other Taylor fans lots of times and we love how inclusive this community is.

We want to spend an hour with you, bringing together our love for Taylor's music with our love for exercise and movement. ​​
Who is the session for?
The session is for anyone aged 9+ .
We know Swifties are all ages, so grown ups are very welcome, age is just a number!

It is suitable for all levels of fitness and you don't have to be able to dance to join in. We will keep it simple and you can rest whenever you want.

What will happen in the session?
For the first fifteen minutes there will be time for friendship bracelet swapping (optional!) and everyone will receive their free friendship bracelet. We will provide a warm welcome and introduce the session. ​
​
The Taylor Swift themed family dance fitness session will be a mix of aerobic exercise with a bit of Taylor themed dance moves thrown in. ​
​
There will be some exercises with an aerobics step and some floor based exercise.
​
We will warm up and get straight into the Taylor Swift themed exercise. The music will be loud enough for you to sing along as you move. Singing Taylor lyrics at the top of your voice is encouraged!

We will cool down at the end and there will be some time to chat and meet other Swifties if you want to.

What should I wear?
Please wear footwear suitable to exercise in like trainers or converse.
Crocs, sandals, heels or platforms are not suitable for this kind of exercise.

Other than that, wear whatever you want! You will get warm and you need to be able to move freely and safely, but if you want to come in your favourite Taylor themed outfit, we would love it.
