JUST LIFT is a weekly strength and conditioning session designed to build physical strength and improve fitness. We lead young people through specially designed sessions that include elements of weight lifting, functional fitness and endurance training.
The session is 45 minutes of intense activity that will challenge young people and help them build strength and confidence in a safe environment.
The Just Lift sessions are suitable for young people who already have a good level of fitness and want to build on this or they want to compliment existing sports training for example football, rugby, swimming, netball, hockey, gymnastics or dance.
