JUST LIFT is a twice weekly strength and conditioning session designed to build physical strength and improve fitness. We lead young people through specially designed sessions that include elements of weight lifting, functional fitness and endurance training.

The sessions are 45 minutes of intense activity that will challenge young people and help them build strength and confidence in a safe environment. Sessions are coached in small groups, so everyone gets the time and attention they need to achieve their goals.

The Just Lift sessions are suitable for young people who already have a good level of fitness and want to build on this or they want to compliment existing sports training for example football, rugby, swimming, netball, hockey, gymnastics or dance. Sessions are also great for young people who are eager to learn how to lift weights safely but aren't old enough to join a commercial gym. 

One Session per week membership - £30 per month
Two sessions per week membership - £40 per month
