Outdoor Fitness Sessions
Girls and boys Aged 9-16
Our qualified coaches support small groups of young people through specially designed outdoor sessions that will improve strength, fitness and confidence
We teach young people how to lift weights safely and we combine this with exercise that increases flexibility and overall fitness.
Sessions start on Monday 6th July
Monday to Thursday
6pm-6.45 and 7pm-7.45
£6.50 per child, per session.
Payment must be made at the time of booking.
All payments will be taken through our online payment and booking system. No cash payments are accepted.
We will not provide refunds for any cancelled booking without 24 hours prior notice.
Sessions are dependent on the weather.
Sessions cancelled by Happy Cactus for any reason will be refunded in full.
