Outdoor Fitness Sessions

Girls and boys Aged 9-16

Our qualified coaches support small groups (no more than 12) of young people through specially designed outdoor sessions that will improve strength, fitness and confidence.

​

We teach young people how to lift weights safely and we combine this with exercise that increases flexibility and overall fitness. 

​

Sessions are mixed boys and girls.

Sessions will run on the following days and times

​

Monday 29th March 5pm - 5.45pm

Tuesday 30th March 5pm- 5.45pm

Wednesday 31st March 5pm - 5.45pm

Thursday 1st April - 5pm - 5.45pm

Tuesday 6th April 5pm - 5.45pm

Wednesday 7th April 5pm - 5.45pm

Thursday 8th April 5pm - 5.45pm

Saturday 10th April 10am - 10.45am

Saturday 10th April 11am - 11.45am

£6.50 per child, per session. 

Payment must be made at the time of booking.

 

All payments will be taken through our online payment and booking system. No cash payments are accepted.

​

We will not provide refunds for any cancelled booking without 24 hours prior notice. 

​

Sessions are dependent on the weather.

​

Sessions cancelled by Happy Cactus for any reason will be refunded in full.
